Indexable Probe Head

ACH100T / ACH100T-5

The ACH100T series is a fully automatic indexable probe head independently developed by Chotest. It enables movement in increments of 7.5 or 5 degrees on the A and B axes, providing 720 or 1728 repeatable spatial positions. It can be configured with extension rods up to 300mm long.
  • The probe head achieves A-axis range: 0-105° (or 0-115°) and B-axis range: -180°~+180°.
  • The probe head uses precision multi-point positioning to achieve high positioning accuracy.
  • Key components use composite materials and high-strength materials.
  • Dynamic and static anti-collision design ensures safety during operation.




CP100T Trigger Probe

The CP100T is a mechanical trigger probe independently developed by Chotest. It can trigger in 5 spatial directions, featuring high accuracy and stability.

Indexable Probe Head

ACH100S / ACH100S-5

The ACH100S series probe head, independently developed by Chotest, connects to the CP500S
scanning probe via TKJ (Scanning Kinematic Interface) to enable scanning functionality. It can also connect to CP100T series trigger probes via an adapter to enable mechanical triggering functionality.

The ACH100S series enables probe head movement in increments of 7.5 or 5 degrees on the A and B axes, providing 720 or 1728 repeatable spatial positions. The repeatability of the probe head reaches the same level of similar famous models.

  • Probe head achieves A-axis range: 0-105° (or 0-115°), B-axis range: -180°~+180°.
  • Probe head uses precision multi-point positioning to achieve high positioning accuracy.
  • Key components use composite materials and high-strength materials.
  • Dynamic and static anti-collision design ensures safe use of the probe head.

Scanning Probe CP500S

The CP500S is a scanning probe independently developed by Chotest. It innovatively integrates scanning and trigger probe functions into one unit. It can perform shape evaluation through scanning, and also complete dimension and position measurements via triggering.

It has advantages of high measurement accuracy, fast scanning speed, strong flexibility, and simple operation. It uses a high-sensitivity position sensing system to directly and synchronously measure the 3D deviation of the stylus at high speed. Combined with spatial coordinate fusion technology, it enables high-precision spatial scanning measurements. Thanks to its stably sampling capacity 1000 points per second, it can capture the shape and contour data of object surfaces quickly.

Besides measuring conventional shape features, it can also measure free-form surface & helical surface, and features the self-centering function.
