Multi-Sided Scanning for Cylindrical & Threaded Workpieces

The CHOTEST SJ5780 Series Intelligent Profilometer is a high-precision surface and contour measuring system designed for cylindrical, threaded, and complex-shaped workpieces. With multi-sided scanning and AI-based analysis, it delivers unparalleled accuracy in 2D dimensioning, surface roughness, and geometric profile evaluation.



Key Features

Two-Sided Profile Scanning

The SJ5780 uses a T-shaped stylus to scan both sides of a profile, automatically calculating 2D dimensions, GD&T, and form deviations.

Thread Scanning Function

Capable of scanning all standard and custom thread types — ring/plugs, trapezoidal, sawtooth, and multi-threaded components — it calculates internal/external diameters, pitch, and other thread parameters with micron-level accuracy.

Modular Design

Quick-swap roughness measurement module enables seamless transition between contour and roughness testing.

High Stability & Accuracy

Precision linear stages and motorized Y-axis ensure ultra-smooth motion and repeatability, even on complex surfaces.
